Open jonbailey.xyz/theater/. The first person becomes Host, shares the invite link, loads a video in Director's Console, and presses Play Film Now or Start Countdown and Play.

Yes. No account or subscription. Video streams peer-to-peer from the Host's browser using WebRTC.
